Basil and Spinach Pesto with Pumpkin Seeds

basil pestoMy Crackberry Camera is on a Role sometimes, then other times it just sucks- This was a goodie day when it comes to photo-ops! thanks phone for not bailing o:) x

I went to this restaurant the other day and had the most AMAZING wrap! it was euphoria inducing 0_O! The pesto they used was taste bud tingling so i just had to retry it, Iman’s way! 😉

Ingredients

½ Cup pumpkin seeds
1 ½ cups basil Leaves
1 ½ cups spinach leaves
1 clove garlic
½ tsp. Himalayan rock salt
1/3 Cup olive oil
60ml water

Method

1. Grind pumpkin seeds in food processor.
2. Add basil, spinach, water, garlic and salt and process into a paste.
3. While food processor is running, add olive oil.

And Enjoy and everything and anything! 😛
