Yummy in your tummy makes you want to scream for more! but! ..it’s totally satisfying and you won’t feel hungry 😀

Fruity and Raspberry Granola with Yogurt 🙂

Ingredients:

1/3-1/4 cup Granola*- I like to use the organic granola or my home made one!*

1 Nectarine

Handful of fresh Raspberries

Raisins

Dried fruit pieces(i used Peach and Apricot slithers*)

1/4-1/2 cup Soy Yogurt(I used Raspberry Flavoured to add to the Fresh Raspberries)- Alpro or the type you use

Nuts*-optional, i didn’t put any in

Method:

Place the Granola, raisins and dried fruit pieces in a bowl

Chop up the Nectarine into small pieces, then place it into the bowl

Place the handful of raspberries into the bowl, give it a quick mixing so that they combine

Add the soy yogurt and mix until all the fruit pieces and granola is covered

*This last step is where you’d add the Nuts if you wanted them

And lastly Dig in! 😉 Deliciously cray cray and yummy!

*-Slithers means very finely cut pieces
